3. How long do raw hair extensions last?
With proper care, raw hair extensions can last 3–5 years or longer, making them a long-term investment in luxury beauty.

4. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes. Because our hair is 100% raw human hair, it can be professionally colored, toned, or bleached. We recommend consulting a licensed stylist for best results.

5. Will each bundle look exactly the same?
No. Because our hair is raw and natural, each bundle may vary slightly in texture, pattern, or color. This is a sign of authentic raw hair.

6. How many bundles do I need?

The amount of bundles required depends on your desired style! For maximum fullness we recommend 3-4 bundles for traditional and closure installs!

7. Can the hair be straightened or curled?
Yes. Our hair can be styled with heat tools just like your natural hair.

8. Does the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal with any hair extensions. Proper installation and maintenance will reduce shedding and tangling.

9. Can I reuse the bundles?
Yes. Raw hair bundles can be reused multiple times with proper care and maintenance.

10.What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of hair extensions, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.

11. What should I do if I receive the wrong order?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

12. How long do preorders take? 
pre-orders typically take about 7-10 business days to process and ship , we pride ourselves on quick turnaround times and thorough communication so we will communicate with you from the time your product is picked until it is shipped to your listed address!
